MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new two-year USD Reference Notes ® security, CUSIP number 3137EACZ0, due on November 27, 2013.  The issue will be priced on Friday, October 28, 2011, and will settle on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at benchmark size.
