Misys plc - Transaction in Own Shares Misys plc announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General meeting on 28th September 2011 it purchased 31,457 of its Ordinary shares of 1 1/7 pence each at an average price of 261.67 pence per share on 24 October 2011.
