| Misys plc - Transaction in Own Shares Misys plc announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General meeting on 28th September 2011 and the non-discretionary programme entered into on 30 November 2011 it purchased 150,000 of its Ordinary shares of 1 1/7 pence each at an average price of 250.6848 pence per share on 8 December 2011.
