Freddie Mac Prices $1 Billion Reopening of 1.00% Five-year Reference Notes Security

MCLEAN, Va., May 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Freddie Mac (OTC: FMCC) announced today that it auctioned a $1 billion reopening of its 1.00% five-year USD Reference Notes® security that matures on June 29, 2017.  The stop yield for the issue, CUSIP 3137EADH9, was 1.091%, priced at 99.55135, or approximately 31.6 basis points more than five-year U.S. Treasury Notes.
