| Misys plc - Transaction in Own Shares Misys plc announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General meeting on 28th September 2011 it purchased 250,000 of its Ordinary shares of 1 1/7 pence each at an average price of 290.8677 pence per share on 31 October 2011. The shares will be cancelled.
